Summary
Amends the:
Freedom of Information Act 1982
to exclude a right of access to documents provided to, or created by, the Independent Review into the workplaces of Parliamentarians and their staff conducted under the
Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986
by the Sex Discrimination Commissioner; and
Archives Act 1983
to provide that these documents would not come into the open access period until 99 years after the year the documents came into existence.
